Salade Nicoise, sort of
Very easy and quick. No need to be afraid of the mayo, though I suppose you could make the salad with a sort of vinaigrette instead.
1. Boil green beans, eggs, potatoes
2. Add mayonnaise, seasonings
3. Add baguette, tuna salad
Enjoy!
